Publication Ethics
IJILE (International Journal of Islamic Law and Economics) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal committed to maintaining academic integrity and applying ethical standards of publication based on the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE). This statement applies to editors, reviewers, authors, and publishers.
Writer Ethics
Authors must ensure that the submitted manuscript is an original work, has never been published, and is not in the process of assessment in other journals. Authors must present data and research results honestly and accurately, include appropriate citations, and avoid plagiarism, fabrication, data falsification, and double publication. All authors listed must have a real contribution and approve the final manuscript.
Editor Ethics
The editor is responsible for publishing decisions based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the manuscript. The editor is obliged to assess the manuscript objectively and fairly, maintain confidentiality of information, avoid conflicts of interest, and follow up on any alleged violations of publication ethics according to COPE guidelines.
Ethics Reviewer
The reviewer is responsible for reviewing the manuscript objectively, professionally, and constructively. The reviewer is obliged to maintain the confidentiality of the manuscript, disclose potential conflicts of interest, and report to the editor if there are indications of plagiarism or other ethical violations.
Prevention of Conflict of Interest and Plagiarism
IJILE requires all parties (authors, editors, and reviewers) to disclose conflicts of interest that have the potential to affect the publication process. Each manuscript is examined using a plagiarism detection device. Manuscripts that are proven to violate publication ethics will be rejected, corrected, or revoked (retraction) according to applicable regulations.
