Inclusive education has become a strategic approach to achieving educational equity and reducing social inequality within the school environment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education as a strategy for improving access, participation, and social acceptance among all students. This research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. The research data sources consisted of primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with school principals, teachers, educational staff, and students, as well as observations of learning practices and social interactions within the school environment. Secondary data were obtained from school policy documents, inclusive education programs, and relevant literature. Data analysis was conducted using an interactive model consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the implementation of inclusive education contributes to improving equal access, strengthening a culture of acceptance, enhancing cooperation among students, and reducing social stigma. This study concludes that inclusive education functions not only as a learning approach but also as a social strategy for creating a fair, participatory, and diversity-respecting school environment.
