Abstrak

Poverty is a complex development challenge as it is not solely associated with income limitations but also encompasses various forms of deprivation in education, health, living standards, and access to basic services. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the multidimensional poverty approach and data-driven public policy transformation in achieving inclusive development in Indonesia. This research employs a descriptive qualitative design using a literature review and policy analysis approach. The data sources consist of official government documents, national and international development reports, and relevant scientific articles related to multidimensional poverty and evidence-based policymaking. Data were analyzed using content analysis techniques through thematic identification, conceptual categorization, and literature synthesis. The findings indicate that the multidimensional poverty approach provides a more comprehensive understanding of poverty conditions compared to income-based approaches, while the utilization of data in public policymaking improves the accuracy of poverty alleviation program targeting. The integration of these two approaches represents an important strategy for promoting inclusive development through policies that are more adaptive, targeted, and responsive to community needs.
